Circulation Period
General duration of time users can have material checked out from the library; note that some materials (such as films or alternative media types, technology or equipment, Special Collection materials, Course Reserve items, etc.) have varying circulation periods, or may be designated as in-library use only.
Interlibrary Loan
A service that provides access to materials from libraries all over the world, that are not available at the UF Libraries including loans (books, dissertations, DVD’s, CD’s, microfilm, etc.) and copies of articles and book chapters.
Off-Campus Access to Electronic Resources
After connecting to the UF Virtual Private Network (VPN), eligible users can access  ebooks, films, citations, or academic research databases (full-text documents or abstracts of articles) electronically from off-campus locations.
UBorrow
A service that allows users to request and borrow books from academic and public libraries in the state of Florida that are not available at the UF Libraries.
